Comprehensive Assistance LXI service Professionals are always at your disposal, around the clock and around the world, all year long, to answer any product or performance-related questions. Responsive Enhancements Product Enhancements developed and released periodically by LXI are available to LXI Cares program participants at no charge. Product upgrades containing operating system updates are also available to participants at no charge. Service All new product licenses include LXI CARES participation for the first 90 days absolutely FREE. Thereafter, LXI CARES s calculated each year based on the product's then current list price, billed annually. Multi-year prepaid maintenance may be obtained at a discount – call us for a quote. |
